I'm Stephen Kerbel and I've been in the industry since 1987. I started in sales but soon moved into the regulations side. I did various compliance roles in small and big  companies including the Financial Ombudsman Service which led on to being the first offshore ombudsman and to eventually taking the role of director general here at OFTA.

Here's a few key members of my team.

This is David Bellis. He's been a broker in the UK and Europe, a training specialist who has been consulting throughout the industry with many of the very big names in the business. He heads up training development, writing and delivering programmes in our UK centres and around the world.

And this is Rashida Boaye, who actually runs everything, our administrator. Our main contact with the world. Behind her, she has a team of receptionists, marketing staff, accounts people, logistics people, trainers and she keeps them all in tow.

And I must also introduce our placement guru, Tony Jacobs. He's been a broker in South Africa, the UK, and for the last many years, a recruitment and placement specialist. He first convinced us that we could persuade firms to sponsor apprentices 4 years ago and without him we would never have developed the unique position we have in the international training market we enjoy today.
